Question LED Install - Bulb Out, Splice?

Well today i installed s-class led tail lights and got to check them out as night fell.

As you can notice the lower outer bulb is out. My question is could I splice the lower inner wire and tap into that live line to make the outer portion illuminate?

All help is appreciated!

btw i had 4 malfunctions displayed but when i restarted the car they cleared.
