if its for an e class why would you think it relates to an S65? that will not work on a s65, well mabe ripping off the new gray paddles and screw it to the base of old paddle. but that would just be hackery.

The steering wheel mod I linked to was for a CLS. The comment about the 03-04 and 05-06 years was for a W211. This thread is about an S. If it worked for one or more models, it may work for the other. Just have to find someone willing to be the guinea pig for the W221, that's all.
