I just use my handicapped hang-tag and park in those big over-sized spots where no one can hit me because they have about 6' on each side...

The CLK I own now, was owned by my sister.

So back in late 2005, my sister went out with a couple of friends to a nice restaurant in downtown. She valet her car and a few hours later when she came to pick it up, this is what it looked like;

For about a month, the valets were denying that they damaged the car and said that the car was like that when she brought it in. My sister couldn't really talk to the manager because he was just making an idiot out her & also denying what the valets did.

Anyways, we finally got it all worked out & they paid for the damages. There was $2600 worth of damage.

The only damage I was left over with is the curbed wheels. On the right side, they are curbed VERY badly. I need to get them fixed because it makes me sick to look at them.

Ouch! Makes me queasy to look at those pics. I think the wheels can be repaired but to do it right might cost a bit... It might be better to replace them though it will cost more. This article will give you some idea of what's involved: BMWTips wheel-scuff repair

My right rear wheel is in worst shape. I'll show you a picture today after I wash my car.

I would rather have the scuff the porsche suffered on my wheel.

I'm still debating whether I want to get them fixed or just buy a new set of wheels.

I can tell from the pic you posted above just how bad it is. What I don't understand is why you didn't get the valet co. that paid $2,300+ to fix your rear quarter panel in the first place, to fix your wheels too. A new set can cost you that much again. Legally, in a court of law, once they pay for the body damage they cannot deny that they are at fault and should be challenged to pay to fix the whole damn thing. The law is on your side and I would get a good lawyer to go back and challenge the original settlement and demand reimbursement for all damages. But what do I know?

Bottom line is I would get a new set of wheels anyway, just because there are many more new options for your car. Go to the Tire Rack site and plug your car in and see what they have available and what it will cost...
