where is located the cabin filter and pollen filter and how can i change it.please tell me.

Yes we need your Year and Model to be more helpful.
In a very general sense; the Cabin Filter/Pollen Filter is on the Passenger side
I found mine BELOW the Glove Box. Not in the Glove box, below it.
It was a drop down panel, then I had to twist the Cabin Filter down and out and let me tell you; it was a nasty affair! It was very easy to do and change out.
I used a Sharpie Marker and wrote on the Filter *and all my other filters too* the Mileage and Date when I changed our the new filter:
ie: Filter Changed: 2 Sept 2007 at 56,394 miles
