Xenon Lights, one white one orange?

Ive noticed this on other benz's on the street, and it is the same problem with mine now, ( 2000clk430)

is the bulb bunrt or somthing

If you're talking about low beams, the problem is likely a poor ground.

If you're comparing outer low beams and inner high beams, well the inner ones aren't HID.

If a Xenon lamp has passed the useful life and is permitted to operate, then the lamp will stress the power supply (ballast), potentially leading to it's failure.

Fuck, how much will this cost to fix, records show that the xenon modual was fixed or replaced few years back

Sounds like the ballast to me...This puts out HIGH voltage.
DO NOT mess with it unless you know what you are doing.
There may be residual current in it even with the car turned off!
