CLK 3.2 320 Advantgarde - Help..!!!

Hi Guys....
I'm a complete novice to the Mercedes Benz world...
I need some advice and opinions from you guys that really know your stuff..!

This is my story..:

I've been offered what seems like a good deal to me...
My work are selling off their fleet and this CLK is part of it
Price £12,500
Year 2003
It's had one owner since registration and 2 drivers
The main concern I have is the milage that this young car has done...!!
It's done +/- 108,000 miles yes One hundred and eight thousand miles in 4 years
a scary average of about 30000 miles a year!

It has a very good service history with a reputable Mercedes Benz dealer, and it looks like the company didn't spare any cost to fixing any faults
Think its had in total about 7/8 services and the last one was done at 107,000.

I haven't been through the service history with a fine tooth combe yet, only because I won't know what to look out for?

This is where I need you guru's help
A car this young with this much mileage must have it's fair share of bugs and road kill attached to it...
What are the big bugs should I look out for? I mean....
What wear and tear would you expect to have occured to this car and ensure that, that repair has been covered by the services...

Most importantly.... what is your opion on the car ..?
Am I, if I were to go for it, buying myself a money pit?

Should I run a mile and forget I ever saw it?
Or is this a gamble worth taking?

Please help....

Naive, novice..

I dont know much about this car model, but in generaly speaking, I would be concerned with what parts have been replaced. Big ticket parts or just regular oil, brakes, etc..... Heres my opinion, MB is a pretty strong vehicle in general. With that milage it (hopefully) has been highway miles. This should be a good thing because the car was broken in, and what normaly should have gone wrong has. I actualy would be pleased knowing that certain big ticket items has been replaced. Now heres the kicker, if these big ticket items havent been replaced you will need to replace them out of pocket. Good luck and I am sure others on this forum will give you a more detailed answer.........Good luck
