Red face Resetting Service A

Can anyone please help me? I am trying to reset my service "A" reminder. I have done it before in the past but have since forgot. I have tried to do it by turning the key to position 2 and then pushing the reset button twice real fast etc etc. Now is there an easier way or is this it. If this is the only way please just tell me to keep trying but if anyone has a better solution please hit me up. Thank you always.

The car is a 2002 C230 Kompressor............

Hi chris welcome to the forum.

To reset your FSS:

Key to pos 2 - immed press button 0 twice within 1 second

Key back to pos 1

Press and hold button 0, then key back to pos 2 (keeping button pressed)--the display will show current dist/time left and after 10 sec will beep

The new dist/time will appear for 10 sec
