Talking I Quess I am a V. I. P. Mercedes-Benz customer

Just got a nice card in the mail from Mercedes-Benz (they got number of years wrong, it is actually 3 1/2 years), who said that Mercedes-Benz does not care about customers.

Let's see. These folks believe the fact that you managed an entire year with your car merits a celebration. Not very reassuring.

The funny thing is that I did not get a card like that for my brand new 1998 SLK230?
However I did get many invitations to join exclusive country clubs. The 1992 190E 2.6 was purchase from a private party, and it has not been in any Mercedes-Benz dealership for service, so had do they know? However I did have to go to a dealership to apply for my high mileage award, about a year ago.

My local dealership canceled free coffee and put coin-operated espresso instead.
Screw them, The only time I paid the $175/HR was for new key programming.
