I think you could first claim that you went through the sticky at Audio & Telematics but did not completely understand everything and the same with search results
Not clear it you assume there is a telephone in a car if it has a telephone button, that would not need to be the case. If you assume you can use your cell phone, that would be the case if you car is equipped with a compatible phone kit.
In case of iPhone, you would have to have the BT puck setup (talking about MB OEM stuff only). If you have a phone kit in your car, you might be able to get a compatible BT puck, the sticky should help there. If you don't have a kit (phone buttons do not mean there is one, not even prewiring), you would need a relatively costly retrofit job.
I don't get what you mean with the telephone button and iPod connection. I don't see it possible to connect an iPod to a telephone. If you just want to connect the iPod, you would need an iPod interface kit, not sure about the availability of that for your car though.
A lot more on your car specific forum and at Audio & Telematics.

What i mean, you know how the deck/reciever has a tel button. Which i presume to mean telephone. So is there an adapter that could cover it to the iPod adapter connector, not necessarily having to be an iphone. But you guys have answer my question somewhat, Thanks
