2000 C230 "p0105" check engine light

Hello, I recently purchased a 2000 mercedes c230. Well I just got an oil change (used 0w40 oil) and the next day I got a check engine light. The error code that comes up is p0105 "Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit Malfunction"

I can smell gas under the hood, I reset the light but it came back after 3 hours. Does anyone know where I can get the part to fix this myself? It is very hard to find information for fixing this on the internet.

Could an oil change have caused this? I check some of the tubes under the hood, everything looks fine. I don't really have enough money to take it in to the dealership, also is this a major problem and how much can I expect to pay for it?

ok i found the part from autozone

AutoZone.com | Shopping | Parts | Product Detail - MAP Sensor

where is this located in the car, i don't even know where to look

Update: there was this small white tube, about the thickness of a straw running from the engine to this little electical thing that looked like the map sensor? in between there was a Y splitter thing, both went to the same little device. well the white tube was disconnected. Maybe when I got my oil changed it came unplugged. Could this be causing all my trouble? The mercedes part number of the thing it connects to is 011 542

I will reset the check engine light and give an update

Model specific questions usually have a larger number of responses, with more accurate information, when placed in the model's category. In this case, asking the W202 guys would probably be better.
