Question 'Second Switch' experience?

I want to put a second switch in that little door under the back seat for the ground connection.
I want to be able to disable the car quickly without damage to any of the computers.
What should I diable, Fuel pump, ignition,??
I am think of running one of the fuse box circutes in the switch.

Ideas, Experience.

Also, I hope that the MB employee who put the key codes online gets his/her diserts!.

Thank Forum
