please help

i have a 2006 mercedes benz e-350 w/ panoramic roof, i broke the windsheild, the one with the "rain sensor" i checked mercedes dealer, they want $950, does anyone know where i can get a new windsheild with the "rain sensors", i have to have that one, because the roof that is glass runs into the windsheild, and i need the "rain sensor"???? please help, HOW MUCH? WHERE AT?

use ur insurance. Pay the deductible and have the dealer install and new one.

Seriously - you have a one model year old $30k car. Spend the money, insurance or not, and get the proper repair. The aftermarket windshield that will save you $400 will probably end any thoughts of your rain-sensing windshield wipers working properly again. Trust me, happened to two of my aquaintances that tried it.

If you have Comprehensive insurance, which I'm sure you do on an '06 E350, glass is usually covered--100% w/ no deductible on many policies. Why are you not using it?
