exploded parts catalogue

Is there any site that has an exploded parts catalogue? I know of realoem.com that works with BMW, but nothing for my Mercedes.

performanceproducts4benz.com might fill the bill. When you select a part from their list, you are offered a choice to view a schematic.

Happy huning

This link isn't in English, but it still does the job. Alternatively, you could buy an EPC. EPC's are usually available on Ebay.

Welcome to the forum.

If you are after a single item only, members can always help. If you expect frequent access, the on-line service is not expensive at all.

Welcome to the forum.
Hey, Marcus:

Are these EBay EPC any good? Are they legit? I saw some are about $20.

I let MarcusF answer the question but from the info here,
Session Timeout
I understand that the EPC DVD can only be purchased from a country specific address/person:

"If you would like to order EPC net on DVD, please notify the contact for your country"

I have no idea what is legal in the case that the info is only used for personal personal purposes, not for business.

The online EPC anyway is up-to-date for new cars, is quite cheap and one can certainly avoid any legal issues.

"Legit" as in the owner of that copyrighted material has given their consent to whomever is selling it for $20? I doubt Mercedes-Benz has given consent, but I honestly don't know whether they care about "part numbers". Some say Mercedes-Benz doesn't want people with part numbers, but I've never heard anyone from MB USA say that. I can't see how, if a customer knows the part number of something they wish to purchase, this harms MB USA. The people that work my dealer's parts department appreciate me having a part number when I come in. If the part has been superseded, they give me the upgraded part. In any case, it saves them time.

Some people buy an EPC and say it works fine. Mine did when it was new, but the CD recently went bad. If MB USA sold an EPC DVD as they do the WIS, I'd buy it.

Lastly, has anyone been able to get their WIS to work under Vista?

Thanks, Marcus. The one on Ebay right now is claimed to be a 2 DVD set. It seems to be shipping from UK.

I sent a question to the seller and it is from Ukraine.
