I think any lease in the US is normally through M-B Financial, providing it began as a new car through one of their dealers.
Regarding the inspection, that should not be necessary because the lease terms specify a maintenance schedule that must be strictly followed. I do not know if it's possible to add the A and B services into the lease figures, but someone must pay for routine dealership service during the lease period.
Also, on a 2005 model, you should have at least part of the 4 year/50,000 new car warranty remaining.
