I mainly recommended the dealer who had done all of the previous service because you're likely to get one of the same technicians that has worked on the car before and they probably talk amongst each other and the whole department sort of knows the car (unless they are massive and there are 20 or more techs there). I also think they will think of it as "their car".
It just makes intuitive sense to me, and it seems to be a consistant battle plan. You are a young guy, and you go to a dealership that doesn't know you or your car, I don't think you'll get the same treatment as you would at the old dealer. If you choose the dealer route, I definitely think that the original dealer is the way to go.
However, it sounds like you found a good Indy, so you should be OK there too. Like Jayhawk said, that closer dealer might be better, but on a purely psychological/emotional note, I am telling you exactly what I would do given the same circumstances.
