Owner's manual covers resetting the light. It likely covers your other questions too, but I'll defer to other owners to answer those.

Change Your Own Oil
VERY INFORMATIVE. Replete with pictures!

You'll need 6 quarts of Full Synthetic Oil
New Oil Filter with O-Ring Gasket

Resetting your FSS is simple but you do need to read your Owners Manual.
I can't recall it off the top of my head.

Its REAL EASY to change your Oil

Good Luck

Also, I think your car is new enough that the owner's manual should be on the MBUSA.com site in downloadable .pdf format. Go to the owner's online section and you should see a link to it.

C320 FSS Reset / Oil Change tidbits

Resetting the FSS indicator is a breeze on my 2001 C320; oil changes are a bit trickier. First, FSS resets:

1.) Turn key to 2nd position (two turns to right just before going all the way to start engine).

2.) Use steering wheel toggle switch to get to the the FSS screen to show on instrument panel.

3.) Push in, hold, and turn to the right - all at the same time, the round mileage reset knob located on the left side of the instrument panel next to the tachometer.

4.) Answer "yes" to the "do you want to reset" question by using steering wheel toggle. The A or B service indicator will then reset and say service is due in 10,000 miles, but that will adjust accordingly as you drive (may require service less than 10k for hard / city driving; more than 10k for easy / high highway miles driving).

The C320 has no oil (or transmission) dipsticks so I suggest going to a dealer for fluid changes unless you're an expert. I had two different mom-n-pop foreign car service companies screw up first an oil change then a transmissioon fluid flush. I took it to a dealer and they rectified the problem because they have the correct (electronic) equipment to ensure the correct volume (and level) of fluid is in the vehicle. Good Luck!
