If you don't fear the F-14, the C220 shouldn't be a problem.

Cascade: Thanks for the referral, I'll check them out.
Musikmann: Verry Interrreszztingk...
Flyboyike: I fear the fact that I did not fear the F-14 when I was flying it. Also, fuel and maintenance was free!

EXACTLY.
If you pass the deal, let me know immediately. I am 30 minutes from Pleasanton.
For 500 miles drive to La Jolla you'll very likely need new tires, or trailer.

OK. Here's the pre-buy inspection summary.
On a scale of 1-10, the mechanic says it's a 9.5; 13,881 miles.
Compression 124/60, breaks good, no leaks
Here's the list of things that need to be fixed:

Fuel Level (Tank) Sensor: Replace
Left & Right side front turn signal housings w/right side lower headlamp trim: fix
A/C: recharge
Flex disc: replace
Oil fill cap: replace
Camshaft sensor: replace
Spark Plugs : replace
Transmission : service
Brake fluid : Flush
Tires : replace
Wheels : align
Battery : Replace

I figure about $2500 all in w/labor. I'll think about an offer. Any thougts?
