Best Gas

Well I have been using Shell for a long time, but with what they are doing Nigeria I don't want to buy Shell anymore. There aren't any other top tier gas companies around. I will add Techron to the car, but I don't want to buy Shell gas anymore. The only other good gas company so I think is BP, what do you guys think of BP?

Whole life have been filling up in the cheapest stations in the area. It used to be ARCO, but now it is 5-star or no-name. Last time I had problem with dirty fuel was 17 years ago with Volkswagen.
Diesel is most tricky. I can tell the difference on different fuel. Lately had good performance with Chevron diesel. They also are the only chain in Bay Area, that sells diesel cheaper than premium.

dahappy: If you have Chevron in Boone, that will be your best bet, ie, the makers of Techron that is a great additive in their gas. As far as I can tell, Shell, Exxon & BP/Amoco are all considered the better brands here in the southeast.
