I've seen a lot of those for sale by dealers too, but I think most of those were RWD C230s around here. Anyway, you are taking a chance with any car that several people have driven (especially borrowers) but I don't think the average MB owner is going to abuse his/her dealer's loaner. Plus, you still have ~3 more years, and ~40,000 miles of new car warranty left, plus the attractive 3.9% financing.
I have known people who bought used cars from Avis or Hertz and were pleased with those. Maybe they were lucky, and I certainly wouldn't do that! If you like one of the cars, and you are happy with the selling price or payment, I'd go ahead with it.
Lastly, maybe the dealer would be willing to do a CPO inspection for you, or at least a "B" service, just for your peace of mind; it shouldn't hurt to ask.
