Hi, George, and welcome to the forum.
(My sympathies for the weather...)
I can't even begin to guess why simply opening and closing the fuse box cover would start some of the lights working again, but I can answer your question as to your front T/S light.
The bulb is actually a two-filament bulb, one filament is for the marker/parking light and the other filament is for the turn signal. When one burns out, the other one continues to work. Essentially it's like two bulbs in one.
These are oddball bulb designs, they have the European offset pins instead of the 180-degree ones you're used to finding. Your best bet is to hit the dealer for the bulb, it's unlikely you'll otherwise find it locally. Luckily, most dealers do not charge retail for these bizarre bulbs. You can find them on line for a good discount, but unless you're buying a lot of stuff otherwise the shipping will eat you up.
Good luck and enjoy the ride,
