VMI- only the dealers have these
VMI are only available from your dealer, service or parts department.
You'll have to ask nicely, because they are proprietary, and they are not obliged to give those out.
They only show generally, a description of the warranty work, date and mileage when performed, and service calls, generally, and the name of the dealer where it was done, and you'll need help having the damages codes translated.
Sometimes repeated dmg codes for the same thing might be indicative of a lemon.
They also show the options, build date, dealer to whom first delivered, and date of the perdelivery service. Generally they are good paperwork to have, for the car, but nothing is better than the stamped books and actual records of work performed if you can get it.
