Mileage wise your chances to get an example with less than 80,000 miles are best with the 2002 E320. The only V8 in your list is the 1997 E420, but knowing the W-210 is not the best pick quality wise, I'd only go for this one if it's impeccable (remember it wil be 10 years old as from next week). What will be your preferences? Power (E420), a sporty ride (CLK), a more graceful glide (S), and most important, what are you willing to spend?

THANX, the e420 has 77920 miles, had 2 owners first 7 years(corporate fleet), the second owner private 3 years CARFAX says its clean this is the link to the car.. the others are there as well I can't test drive until next week when they re-open after new year...you said W-210 has more problems, how 'bout more gas ??

This is what "I" think:
The CLK will handle better (turning/braking) than any of the others, the E420 will have the best straight line performance, the model in the best shape will be the cost the least to maintain and be the most reliable.
If this is all the information available, I'd take the 2002 E320.
