W210 battery access/ seat removal?

Before I tear into things and do it the wrong way to get to the battery... Could someone lend some simple advice on removing the rear seat?

Two clips, one on each end of the rear seat. Depress them and out comes the seat. It's pretty idiot proof.

Perhaps not idiot proof for a person not familiar with MB (or cars generally). This EPC figure should show the lever, part n 30
