Weak washer pump

Hello Benz nation
I'm new here as you can see and I heard many references to this forum. I figure let's try this sort of communication. Anyway I have 96 C220 and my washer pump has all of a sudden become weak to the point where the squirts are hardly reaching the windshield. Everything worked fine before I filled the washer tank full. That's maybe a coincidence. I never had anything but winter washer fluid in there and that will freeze at -40. Yes I am in Canada but it ain't that bad here. So any ideas on this? I suspect the pump is gone but maybe there is a trick or two that I don't know about. Thanks.

Welcome to BenzWorld! The good new is that the pump is only about $16. If nothing is clogged/frozen, it seems a likely culprit.

The quote I got from the dealer was $50.00. Where can I get one for $16.00?
