v60 bluetooth adaptor

I just installed my v60 bluetooth adaptor and I could not hear or speak to the caller. I have a New Treo 650 and COMAND acknowledged the call. I was trying to save myself a trip to the service department. Can anyone give me some pointers?

Thank you,

I've been doing some research on bluetooth compatability. From what I've learned so far, the Treo 650 doesn't work well at all with the bluetooth adapter from the dealer. I am referring to the adapter which just snaps into the V60 cradle in the armrest and costs about $350. I myself have experienced problems with the Treo and bluetooth headsets. I have since traded mine in for a Pocket PC which works much better with bluetooth. So, I think it's just a compatibility problem. I am actually considering the purchase of the dealer unit. If you can't return it and want to sell it, let me know and maybe we can work something out. Meantime, good luck! Hope this helps you.

The V60 bluetooth works excellent. I had the exact same problems Garofalo did when I got it. The caller couldn't hear me, or it would state that "no phone was connected". I corrected the problem by placing 3 rubber bands around the V60 adapter, and the phone module. The connection has to be snug. I also have the Treo 650. Only downside is that the phonebook will not load, other than that, it works awesome!
