Question Engine Coolant Type

I have a 1991 300 SEL. I need to change and flush my coolant system.
At the auto parts store, they sell an orange coolant that is labeled for any type of anti-freeze and for all models, including foreign makes and models.
The coolant that advertises is Prestone.
My question is......
Can I use this anti-freeze in my coolant system, or should I try to locate coolant
made for or by MB?

I would appreciate any input on this.

Thank you.

You can go to Pep Boys and buy a gallon of Zerex G05 (same exact coolant as MB brand as Zerex makes it for MB) at 1/2 the cost...
