looks like a good deal.... what does the fine print say?

“One who conquers himself is greater than another who conquers a thousand times a thousand on the battlefield.”

You know why they are offering warranty.
Not because they like you.
Only reason is to make money.

Do they offer service for the same price as well?

92% of all people suck at math. I am a part of the 9% who don't.

Current Cars:

2008 C230 4MATIC (W204) - White/Black

The Bosch Service labor cost is US$. 45,00 an hour excluding parts. Any replacements or servicing oil change is extra.

Besides major repairs, what does it really cover? Regular services, CD players, etc.? What if it requires parts or services that Bosch does not supply? Most extended warranties aren't worth the paper they are written on...

Does "every repairs" include A & B services and non-Bosch parts?

A & B services are not repairs. They are services.

Looks like a good time to get a set of Bosch Icons for the front and rear wipers. Not to mention the wiper arms themselves.
