Help! My C 240 won't start

Parked my car the other night and it seemed just fine. Tried to start it the next morning and it will not start. The console lights up and the radio, lights etc all work but it has no juice when I turn the key. If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it. It's getting towed to the shop on wednesday. :

Battery is the first thing to look at...

Volts on battery is not a good test
Battery should be tested by measuring amps under load (while you trying to start the car)
Easiest way is just try to jump start the car.

I would like to know what the problem is myself. I have a 95 S 500 coupe 140 and it does the same thing. for no apperant reason it will not start ( crank) . Everthing works. I have had the battery tested as well as the starter and alternator. It has something to do with the starter lock out system.
