Need info on MB lease terms

Hi all, I'm considering a lease on a new 2007 E350 and was wondering if scheduled maintenance is covered under by the factory. I know warranty items are set but what of the brake pads/rotors, oil changes, transmission and coolant fluid changes, etc...? Thanks.

According to my MB sales rep in 2005 they discontinued their free scheduled maintenance program whether it is leased or purchased. FYI, on my 2001 ML320, with free scheduled maintenance, brake pads and rotors were not included.
