Unhappy Center console a/c vents

Hello All,

Does anybody know how the center console a/c vents remove? I had my carwash (supposedly) blow out my vents to clean the guck out. Now the vents feel very restricted when trying to direct the air. They stick, so I want to take them out to clean them and get them to move freely again (like factory).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
