MB museum in Stuttgart

Went to the new MB Museum in Stuttgart. Drove two hours in a rented C220 CDI wagon from Frankfurt to get there. Had to wait almost two hours in line to get in, but it was well worth it. Photos coming soon....

Finally got around to working through my photos. This is a great way to spend the day if you have the chance (still have to caption these):

WOW!!! That is just awesome. I still think that the W140 (S600) is one of the most beautiful S models ever.

I think it was about 8 euros if I recall. There was quite a line of people waiting to get in, but it was worth the wait. I guess there is also a Porsche museum there in town, but I never made it over to that one.

I was at a tiny little VW museum in Deerfield, IL years ago, and they actually had an amphibious Beetle-type vehicle with a propeller in the rear. I liked it!
