Wanted to know any good way to remove the AMG and model emblems on a new E63 - any ideas?

Use fishing line to remove the emblems; move it up and down as if you are sawing it off. You will in all likelihood end up with some tape and adhesive residue. I use 3M adhesive remover to get the rest off of the car. WD40 will also work to get rid of the residue.

In addition to the fishing, you might want to try and warm up the adhesive by either pouring hot water over it, or using a hair dryer.

Lou K, WD40 on the paint?

I've had several Porsches, and they seem to peel off readily after you catch the edge of the emblem. The Benz emblems seem much more sturdy, so I wanted to get some ideas before the attempt. Thanks, Surfdent

Lou K, WD40 on the paint?
Yes,

I does not do any damage to the paint. Try it you will be surprised.

On my wife's 2006 E55 I removed the cheap black plastic panel in the rear berween the quad exhaust tips. The 3M adhesive remover worked but slowly. I then changed to WD40 let is sit awhile and the remainder came right off.
