I used to think that if I just used my breaks less I would see less brake dust, but what I didn't realize is that the dust collects on the large inner area of the wheels, the part you can't see, and just driving down the road causes the stuff to flake/blow off and collect on the front of the wheels. The stuff is impossible to get away from, even w/ ceramic brakes, and the best we can hope for is to keep the wheels polished and a little bit easier to clean.

I don't believe that. Kleen Wheels are vented to help disperse heat, and even if they do hold enough heat in to reduce brake pad/rotor life by 10 - 20%, you're still way ahead of the game.
