Question Windshield-washer concentrate S

Hello friends,

I wanted to know your opinions on this subject.

Item # A 001 986 197116

The instructions are as follows: Summer-mixture: 1 bottle + 1 US-gal of water (drinking-water quality). To be mixed with Windshield-washer-concentrate W only.

Do these instructions assume that we already have the Winter mixture in our reservoir, and that this will NOT mix favorably with whatever else we might have in there?

Also, what do the M-B dealers use?

Thanks,
M

What is "...washer concentrate S? And what does "...Item # A 001 986 197116" mean?

Don't believe everything you think

I'm sorry that my question was a bit vague, and I hope that this clarifies it.

"S" is for summer, and "W" is for winter - Windshield washer concentrate S and W respectively.

That is the MB part number on the bottle of Windshield-washer concentrate S that I bought from an MB dealer.

Regards,
M

Item number is MB part number

Your reservoir shoul be near empty when refilling but I doubt it makes much difference.
I just put an eggcup full in when washer bottle gets low.
