It would be great to move this to the 210 forum, maybe even into the DIY section. Hard to find otherwise.

Pardon my naiveté, but when looking for the screw on clamps for this job, how does one translate the two sizes into inches? He mentions 13-15 and 14-16 (mm, I know) but the clerks draw a blank when I ask for that at the auto parts store.

It's a mistake to replace the CLIC clamps with screw-type clamps. Mercedes procedures specify that you don't and there's no one on any forum anywhere that knows better.
