There was a tv show which counted down the best sports cars, where money should not be an issue because not a lot of people can afford them. All of the judges put the older McLaren into second place because of its price. The price does not matter it's the category again. Instead they picked the a 1970s 911 or 944 turbo. Not to ride Porche because I want one of those, but the judges said it was the best but just because of the price it was not number one.
Oh, by the way, the new M5 will have a fully manual gearbox in fall and the M6 will get it in the spring time.
As to the Lexus LS400 and the W140 looking alike, it's true. I own a W140 and all of my friend's point it out especially how they have the two tone seperated by the chrome like, the pillars, the headlights, even the rims have 8 holes in them. But I think that the new S550 look more like the new LS430, which came out first.
Sorry, lol, I don't agree with that.
The S-Class and the 5-Series are two totally different vehicles.
One's a tank, and one's more of a tank.
And there's a huge difference, and the S-class is way too much of a tank to go around a corner and just can't be compared to the M5.
The M5 is a mid-sized luxury saloon where as the S65 is a full sized luxury saloon.
With what you're saying, it's like saying Infiniti's best car, the G35 Coupe should be compared to Acura's best car, the NSX...when they are two totally different cars and don't have prices or performance specification that are anywhere close.
Also, the M5 is a purpose built super sedan with a balance of power and cornering and response where as the S65 is purposeful, but still plush and is only really focused on power.
