How to add power steering fluid...

I cannot find anything in my manual about how to add power steering fluid to my 1992 E320. I have searched the internet in an attempt to show me a picture of where the reservoir is located but cannot find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

I believe on your vehicle the reservoir isn't as visible as on newer models, but it's still a belt-driven pump, so look to the V-Belt to find it. Here are some pictures for reference:

Your reservoir is the large item smack in the middle of the page, without a callout number ...

above it's #8/#5, what you should look for is a cap that should have the part number "BQ1460001" (P/S fluid) somewhere on or around it.

I see a small container with a black cap that has a pulley running toward the middle of the engine. It doesn't have a part number on the cap like you suggested but on the side I see "PA66 GF25" (or I think that is what it is-very hard to read). The dip stick is very short. Do you think this is it?

I'm not too sure because I can't picture the engine in my head, but I'm wondering if on yours you have to remove the very front part of the engine cover, and the p/s pump will be in the middle, right beneath it.
