turbo whine

my 270 has a very annoying whine - presumably from the turbo. It is very noticeable when cold but in fact it is always present. Is there a remedy ?

It would help a lot if you tell everyone what country you reside in and the year and model of your vehicle. Not all models sold are for sale in every market.

Are you referring to a CDI or older turbo diesel?

Potato Chip, custom canuter valve, low-friction muffler bearings, synthetic turn signal fluid, Hi-Definition Progressive Scan Wiper Blades.
Law-makers are supposed to regulate in the interest of the public as opposed to regulating in the interest of the regulated party.
If it says Pratt and Whitney on the outside it better say Martin Baker on the inside.
