2003 E-class heavy steering wheel

I have a 2003 E 500 which now the steering wheel feels heavy when turning normally on low speed, i told this to the service department , but they still convinced that this is normal and nothing is wrong with the car itself.

Obviously that this is not normal in my opinion , any information that might help as it is really annoys me to have an E-class with a heavy steering wheel??

Re:

They did give me another E-class to try and the steering wheel feels lighter than mine, i owned this car for almost 3 years now and i know that it feels considerably heavier than before, so what is wrong with the car?? they just won't take my car and fix it???

Is the steering only heavy at low speed or idle? Does it feel heavy and get free past a certain point?

Steeering wheel prob

steering wheel feels heavy when i start driving it which is unusual , service department says that it has a a parameter steering, but it supposed to be light as usual at low speed then gradually heavier at higher speed right.
