Rear ended

Last week while I was sitting at a red light someone hit me from behind. The bumper is bent, the right rear quarter panel buckled, the truck lid will not open, plus other items. Waiting for the adjuster with baited breath, hopefully they can fix but afraid they will total it. Anyone know a good inexpensive body shop in the DC area?

We just went thru it with my wife 99 ML320.
The insurance total the car for $15k.
I bought it back for $4800 and fixed it for my son. Rear bumper reinforcement $100. He will have to live with scratches on bumper and some dents for now.

If his car is really an 85 300SD a hi estimate from a good body shop will guarantee it gets totaled for a lot less than it is worth as a daily driver or the cost to repair. If his intention is to keep it as a daily driver he needs to find a lower priced fix so he can keep the car running. Trying to find a late model Mercedes diesel is impossible right now due to fuel prices.

Potato Chip, custom canuter valve, low-friction muffler bearings, synthetic turn signal fluid, Hi-Definition Progressive Scan Wiper Blades.

If it says Pratt and Whitney on the outside it better say Martin Baker on the inside.
