1992 190E 2.3 rough idle in drive/reverse

Good Morning! I am new to this forum and new to Mercedes. We just purchased a 1992 190E 2.3 with 154,000 miles and I have a question. I noticed that in drive and reverse when at idle (at a light or backing up) that the car seems to be idling rough almost to the point of stalling, but when it accelerates it is fine and powerful. Any suggestions? Supposedly a vaccum leak was fixed before I purchased this but I need to know where to start. Thanks for any help!

W201 > 190E 2.3 91-93 201.028 102.985 These are the numbers I looked up on this site for Chassis, engine code etc. Thanks again for the resources!

I just did a search and it sounds like it may be motor mounts. Also, with me being new I did not look to see you had actual areas broken down by vehicle. Sorry if I posted in the wrong place. Any help is appreciated... Thanks
