Anyone here have any direct experience or ever hear anything about this place? They go by the name of World Class Motor Cars and are in Ft Lauderdale FL. They use the web addy of and Just trying to find out if they are trustworthy or not since I may buy a vehicle sight unseen. [:0] Thanks.

I would NEVER buy a car sight unseen. This tactic invites rectal pounding.

RE: Any experience with

I go to Ft. Lauderdale often, but I am not familiar with that specific dealer. The cars down there are always very clean, and the ones on their web site look amazing - what a great selection. The concept of them "specializing" in MB's is probably good.

But as the previous message stated, it would be best for you to actually see the car. If you are seriously interested, give them a cc deposit and fly down there to see it. (Return deposit if not all as stated). If they will let you take the car out for a few hours to be checked out, go locally to European Auto Service (954) 963-8088 and ask them to look at the car.

Good luck - let us know!

Notice their offerings tend to be older. A good old Mercedes is a very good old car, but to be sure you have to check it out in person and yes, if at all possible, have an independent authority confirm it. The cost of a flight to Florida is trivial compared to the money you'll save by avoiding a nightmare on wheels. Also, run a title check to look for flood damage, etc. Good luck.
