How much does it cost to resurface 2001 e320 seats?

We have an e320 wagon with tan leather seats, the drivers side bottom looks a bit rough from wear. Any idea of the cost to recover these?

Thanks,

Dave

RE: How much does it cost to resurface 2001 e320 seats?

I have asked the local dealer to evaluate the seats and to give me an estimate. I checked on line and found variable results, from 250 to 1K USD for the front seats.

Is this reasonable? I figure the dealer will charge about the same and I want the seats to match.

Your thoughts?

I found a company called "Gahh" the seat bottom for my 92 500 was $350, MB wanted $600 almost a perfect match, I have not installed (its a bitch).

RE: How much does it cost to resurface 2001 e320 seats?

Thank you for the reply and the site. I checked it, they didn't have anything in stock.

The dealer stated $700 for parts per seat and $250 labor per seat for the matching leather seats. Potomac German in Potomac Maryland will sell me the whole seat (used) for $300 delivered. They are the largest worldwide distributor and come with a good reputation.

Thanks again,

Dave
