RE: Broken wheel bolt
Since it's been out,it maybe safer to remove it with a stud extractor which requires drilling a much smaller hole than if you wish to drill it sufficiently for removal. If it had sheared upon removal, you may be looking at a different proposition. They can virtually get welded in place if left with no lube for a long period and require major surgery to fix.
Incidently,if the garage are responsible, why let them off the hook?
Replace bolts with a smear of 'coppaslip' or similar anti-sieze compound.
