Alternator upgrade

I have a 1989 300TE with a 70A alternator. It has the plug type connnector. I am thinking about converting to the 80A alternator but it has the post type connector. I want to cut the old plug off and afix cable connectors to fit the posts on the new alt. Can anyone tell me which wires should be connected to which posts on the 80A alt?
