V class air suspension

Please help me.My v230 has air suspension every time i take the key out the ignition The air suspension light stays on for three seconds...in the book it's said to have it checked by mercedes...done that...they said the system itself is working fine valves/compresssor etc.but there is a wiring fault somewhere... they quoted me £500 to find it but also said it's working ok so why bother...can anybody help me in solving this little problem which is such a big mystery any reply would be greatly appreciated...

Sorry for this very late response, but I am new to this forum. Maybe your problem has already been fixed, but in any case, this warning light comes on after the engine is stops due to the fact that there has been - or is - an ENR fault registered by the car's computer. If this fault has been fixed, this computer needs to be updated too about this situation. Apparently, for the ENR it seems to be a big problem for MB to reset it. They cannot or do not have sufficient experience yet.... So if your air suspension is working properly, don't worry if the red light comes on after engine shutdown.
