RE: Which M-Bs are rare?

Is there a way to find out how many units were shipped with a certain configuration, color, etc? E-mail the manufacturer or the national office for import numbers?

I’m pleased to see my little barb has survived all these months and that you gentleman are having a positive ML experience. But…

You must concede the fact that problems with the Alabama Bomber are objectively documented and verified. It is not subject to debate: the ML is a poorly designed, poorly built vehicle relative to other MBs.

The automotive press has lampooned them for years, DCAG has admitted as much, and my indy Jurgen hates working on them:

“Zay are crap! he opines in his heavy German accent, you can’t argue with that.

The best thing about my 99 ML was, that I got to meet a lot of mechanics, service managers, shop foreman and the "zone guy" 12 months "new" it was out of my life.

RE: Which M-Bs are rare?

Mercedes used to have it listed on the website how many cars where sold in the USA and of what type. The rare ones where the V12's and at first AMG's that made it to the USA like the C AMGs and E AMG. The E class convertible is rare along with the old S class coupe.

I know these were not made for the public, but how about the C111. I believe there were only 3 made, but I am not sure.
