RE: Antenna Help
Naw, all models are the same.
Remove the trim nut at the top of the antenna base.
Then with motor attempting to raise the antenna, just pull it out. Pull hard.
This is the "mast" which is likely your problem.
Note: a lot of antenna problems can be solved by raising/lowering antenna several time while lubricating it with WD-40, etc. But, if it's bent or the cable is broken, mast replacement is required.
Just looking at it once removed will give you an idea how it works. Inspect to see if nylon cable is broken. If it is, you'll likely have to open the motor case to fish out the pieces.
A new mast is $30-$50. Your dealer will have them because they get replaced often. Perhaps you can compare your nylon cable length with a new one at dealer.
Insert nylon cable into guide tube and set antenna to retract (turn off radio, etc.) It may take a couple tries to determine how deep to insert the cable and which way to turn the teeth.
If the motor doesn't work, you'll have to remove the entire unit. It's obvious how, although there may be trunk lining to remove to get to it.
