190 e 2.6 overheating problem

ive got a 1987 190 e 2.6 overheating problem. The car overheats during city driving, along with some unstable ignition...

Check out the radiator. I had a 260 se once and had the same problem : the radiator needed replacing.

You're going to have to tell us more. Does it overheat regardless of outside temp, does the aux fan come on, can you see any coolant leaks, whan was the last flush, etc , etc?

the fan usually doesnt turn out until the car is idle and in the garage, i first thougt the problem was the outside temp, but it seems to overheat regardless of the outside temp.
