STEALERSHIP IN ATLANTA, GEORGIA

Your text hereNote to All

Here in Atlanta, Georgia DONT ever go to RBM in Roswell. This STEALERSHIP once told me on the lo-lo (Management) that their loaners were STRICTLY for individuals that purchased their Benzs' from RBM and that they belonged to their Sales Department. All others who bought Benzs' elsewhere are ASS-OUT. I complained to MB of America who gave me the old BLAH-BLAH about them being an independent agent. Needless to say I've never been back. Always go to Mercedes Benz of Buckhead they treat you like ROYALTY so they get my business.[:)]

I don't know anything about RBM, but you bring up a good point. The loaners are private vehicles and, personally, if I bought a car from a dealership, I don't think it would be unreasonable for me to expect to be treated a little better than someone who didn't. Preferential loaner policy is nothing outrageous, IMHO.

Ohh well I guess if that's what you prefer so be it. I hope you dont go too far from your YOUR STEALERSHIP. BUT think about if you were ever out of area and had some issues with you Benz that's under factory warranty and needed a loaner and came upon a place with customer service such as RBM of Atlanta??[}:)]

Then I would have to call Enterprise. Nobody owes me a loaner.
